Bangaru Tirupati Temple – Kolar – Karnataka

In the list of Lord Balaji temples around Bangalore, first I will take you to Kolar.

This temple called as Bangaru Tirupati temple which is based in the Kolar region of Karnataka. The temple is not very far from Bangalore. So this temple is around 100 Kms from Bangalore and will take around 2 hours 30 minutes to 3 hours.

Roads are very good throughout and what more, kolar has so much to offer that you can visit so many temples around Kolar.

Apart from Bangaru tirupati, you can visit Kotilingeshwar Temple, Avani Temple, Anthargange temple, Someshwara temple, Kolaramma temple, Kurudumale Ganesha temple, Kanipakkam temple.

Chikka Tirupati – Malur – Bangalore – Karnataka

So in my list of Lord Balaji temples around Bangalore I will bring you back to Malur location of Bangalore. This location is around 10 Kms from Sarjapura and you can say it is near to Whitefield , sarjapura and Hoskote area.

This is a very famous temple in this area and it is said that visiting this temple is considered same as visiting Lord Balaji at tirupati.

People come here for Mundan. Temple is very near to Bangalore and a must visit temple if you are residing in Bangalore.

Dakshin Tirupati – Hosur – Tamil Nadu

And in my list of Lord Balaji temples around Bangalore I will take you to Hosur. In Hosur on a small hill top there is a very small temple, called as Dakshin Tirupathi.

The temple is very beautiful and the view from the top of the hill is amazing. So do visit this temple. It is located in Hosur Tamil Nadu and is very well connected to Bangalore. The temple will be around 54 Kms from Bangalore and will take approx 1 hr 30 mins.

The good thing is that you can also club your visit with Shri Chandra Chiodeswarar Temple which is also a very famous temple of the region.
